GTA Online Slowly Getting Better With Updates And Fixes, Upcoming 'Stimulus Package' Sure To Delight Fans With Huge In-Game Cash Bonus

More than a month ago, Rockstar Games launched the multiplayer version of Grand Theft Auto V, GTA Online. Even before the launch, the developer warned players of potential bugs, server crashes and loss of information issues, though the last part still came in as a surprise. But now that the servers and game itself are stabilizing, it is time to 'make up' for all the losses.

In a report by GameZone, Rockstar will be rolling out a 'Stimulus Package' update to all players all over the world in order to bring back the excitement they might have lost during the gruesome first month of the multiplayer mode.

Earlier today, the developer launched the 1.05 update to further solve issues in the game, which means the Stimulus update may be around the corner. GameZone and other gaming sites report that it may arrive later this week.

But what is in store for GTA Online fans? Just a small sum of money - $500,000 cash.

According to some forums, a lot of GTA Online players were not actually expecting the update, thinking that it was just a manuever to entice players to hang on to the online version.

In an announcement by Rockstar Games, it said  "On a related note, we anticipate the GTA$ Stimulus will be distributed in the next couple of days following this Title Update."

"The Stimulus will go out over the course of a full day once it's initiated so don't be alarmed if people on your friends list receive it before or later than you do," it added.
