The Singer's South American tour rakes in nothing but bad news. He is set to perform in Panama next.

After being filmed by one of his groupies alleging that Justin Bieber might have slept with her. This time Justin Bieber is in trouble again but this time it doesn't involve a girl but rather a wall.

The police in Rio de Jainero claimed Justin Bieber to be 'legally responsible' after vandalizing a wall, which unfotunately used to be part of Hotel Nacional. One of Brazil's heritage landmarks. "It's a crime," stated Antonio Ricardo, Chief Of Police in Rio de Janeiro. He also added, "Even celebrities need to know that here in our country, laws are to be obeyed."
Justin Bieber already left for Panama, when the police came to interview him regarding his alleged violation.
The 19-year-old singer even posted photos on his instagram (see photos inset.)
