A problem for Brooklyn is points in the paint. Thus far this season, the Nets have been outscored by 28 in the paint.

"I think as a team that's what we talked about yesterday. When we looked, you know we were kind of a jumping shooting team (in Orlando)," Kidd told ESPN. "Yesterday's practice was, the only way you could score was by getting the ball in the paint and the drills and the things that we did. The focus carried over to tonight."

Wall entered as a career 25.8-percent 3-point shooter and had never hit more than three in a game, according to ESPN.

"It's something I worked on this summer," Wall told ESPN. "Some games they're gonna fall, some games they're not. They were doubling in the post off me. I just had to be confident and be able to knock them down and tonight they went in."

Paul Pierce has owned the Wizards of late as he scored 61 points though that was as a member of the Boston Celtics. The Nets are still working on gelling with Jason Terry, Pierce and KG.
