Captain America 2 Movie Update: Anthony Mackie 'The Falcon' Arrested For DWI While Driving His 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T

Captain America 2 movie's actor Anthony Mackie was busted for drunk driving on his 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T. The 35-year old actor or "Falcon" in Captain America: The Winter Soldier was allegedly driving while intoxicated in Harlem.

Police claims that Mackie also known for his roles in "8 Mile," "Gangster Squad," "Pain & Gain" and "Hurt Locker," was asked to pull over on Lenox Ave. near 125th St. at about 1:20 am because of the window tints on his red race car.

It didn't take long for the New York Cops to notice Anthony Mackie's watery, bloodshot eyes and the alcohol stench on his breath.

The "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" co-star was then asked to take a Breathalyzer test but he refused, according to cops.

The actor was then arrested and was taken to the 28th precinct where he was waiting for an arraignment at Manhattan Criminal Court Building.

A publicist for the "Gangster Squad" actor was not available for any comment on the issue.

In other news, Anthony Mackie revealed with USA Today that the sequel of Captain America will resonate the layout of the hit movie The Avengers last 2012.

"[This film] gives Chris Evans that stud role that I wanted it to be for him. He looks like a stud. As my friend, I can look at it and say, 'That's it'," he implied.

"[Filming] went amazingly well. It's kind of Avengers 1.5. Everyone came up and worked. The action stuff is amazing, the 35-year old actor added.

"It was ten times tougher shooting Captain America [than my previous movie The Hurt Locker]. I'd never done anything like that. Oh no, a plane is coming at you, you're scared!"

Anthony Mackie formerly insinuated that being included in the Captain America sequel as The Falcon made it the "coup of [his] career."

Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier will hit cinemas on March 28 in the UK and will follow opening on April 4 in the US.
