Particularly, fans of the simulation game should expect to see a next 'look' of the upcoming game in a few months, as posted on SimsVIP. This Sims 4 news came from Rachel Franklin, who confirmed it via a tweet using her Twitter handler, @SimGuruRachel.

Responding to a question from Darragh (@darraghkav) asking about when can we expect another look at The Sims 4, the Executive Producer of the game said, "we're heads down working on the game. Give us a few more months. I promise you it'll be worth it!

Previous Sims 4 news revealed that the simulation game will arrive next year, particularly, at some point during the fall season, as announced by Electronic Arts. As revealed, Sims 4 will focus more on the emotions of the Sims. Gamer Headlines posted, "A series of modules will be implemented in order to enhance the continuity of the game and to deepen the relationships between Sims, their feelings and the in-game society."

The Sims 4 will be released in October 2014 and will be available in PC and Mac versions. Aside from the Standard Edition of the upcoming game, gamers can also opt to get the Limited Edition Package. Particularly, those who will pre-order Sims 4 on the official site will receive the Sims 4 Limited Edition package.

As for more good news regarding Sims 4, the forthcoming title will be compatible with low-end computers. The game will not require your machine to have high-end specs as developers from Maxis assured that PC that can run Sims 3 can also run the new game. Minimum requirements for the Sims 4 include:

  • Pentium IV 2.0 GHz or Athlon XP 2000+ processor
  • 1GB of RAM memory
  • 128MB RAM GPU.
