Xolo has just announced a new smartphone that will surely be one of the top Android phones in 2013. It may not house the best specs, but with a cheaper price-tag and a non-compromising specsheet, the company may have nailed it with this one. 

Dubbed as the Q2000, the phablet sports a 5.5" display with 720p resolution, a 1.2Ghz MediaTek quad-core processor, 8GB of internal memory and 1GB of RAM. 

Another interesting feature includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with several helpful modes such as scene detection, tuning, HDR, face recognition and panorama. 

Other notable features include a 2,700mAh battery, 2G and 3G support, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. 

GSM Arena reports that the Xolo Q2000 will be priced beginning at INR 14,999 or about $240.
