WP Central said that Windows is banking on consumers hoping to have an “always connected” device and could be the reason why AT&T and Verizon are offering the device to come with Wi-Fi and 4G LTE built-in.

According to Windows Phone Central, AT&T and Verizon together with Microsoft and Nokia are planning to launch a huge fanfare for the release of the tablet, phablet and game console on November 22. The devices were originally scheduled for launch on November 15 but it was pushed back to November 22.

Many are awaiting how the market would respond to yet another Windows tablet. Some analysts suggest that the lack of apps for the Windows ecosystem limits the commercial appeal of the Nokia 2520, which looks strikingly similar to the Surface 2 by Microsoft.
