Chloe Moretz And Jamie Blackley Enjoying Their Roles As On-screen Lovers For 'If I Stay'; 'Carrie' Actress Claims She Doesn't Date In Real Life Because Of Her Brothers

The chilly weather isn't enough to stop Chloe Moretz and Jamie Blackley from spending time with each other in British Columbia while filming their upcoming flick, 'If I Stay'.

Last Saturday, the stars were seen going through their scripts while chatting with each other.  Both clad in winter coats, the 16-year-old 'Carrie' actress wasted no time in showing that she enjoyed working with her 22-year-old on-screen beau.

In between takes, Moretz chatted with their other co-stars while the 'Snow White and the Huntsman' actor played with a soccer ball.

The two will be giving life to the two main characters of Gayle Forman's highly-acclaimed novel. Moretz will be playing the role of a young cello player named Mia who is left in a comatose state after a car crash which killed her parents and younger brother Teddy.

While in coma, Mia gets the rare chance to go out of her physical body. and see everything in the hospital. In the end, she needs to choose whether she will give up and stop her pain or continue living without the presence of her family.

Blackley will play the role of Mia's rocker boyfriend. Adam will serve a pivotal role in Mia's ultimate decision.

The Georgia-born beauty admits to MTV News that she feels pressure especially that the novel has a huge number of fans: "The readers are very serious about me and Adam, and they really need that palpable relationship. It's that young love and you have to capture that feeling."

Is there a chance for Moretz and Blackley to have an off-screen relationship? The doe-eyed actress says that she prefers not to date because of hersiblings: "Because of my four older brothers, it just doesn't go down. I had a lot of friends and guys that I think are cute and stuff but it doesn't really work out with the family and all. My family's a bit too big and a bit too abrasive."

Apart from the remake of 'Carrie', Moretz will likewise appear in the mystery thriller 'Dark Places' in 2014.
