"SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow" release date is already set.

Fans of EA's simulation game, SimCity, will be delighter to know that "Cities of Tomorrow" release date is happening as early as tomorrow, November 12. The "SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow" expansion pack will allow the players to create a futuristic city, set 50 years in the future. The "SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow" also include a new disaster exclusive only to the upcoming expansion pack.

As described by The Sixth Axis, "SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow" expansion pack will "include MegaTowers which are multizonal, and give me the mental image of the towers from Dredd." The post further reads, "Other future technologies such as drones that take care of the city maintenance, MagLev transportation, and fusion reactor power will also be available"

Furthermore, in the official press release for "SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow" release, the general manager of Maxis Emervyille, Patrick Buechner, said, ""Will the world of tomorrow be a utopia powered by clean energy or an industrial society consumed by mass commercialism?"

Furthermore, as cited by Polygon, the press release reads, "With SimCity Cities of Tomorrow, players can build the future as they imagine it. Transport your Sims on MagLev, power your cities with fusion reactors or tidal wave generators, manufacture a legion of drones to serve your Sims and build massive MegaTowers that dwarf modern skyscrapers. We're giving you plausible technologies to take your cities onto a journey 50 years into the future. What will you create?"
