Star Wars Episode 7 Casting Call: The Production Team Is Coming To Nashville On November 24 Looking For Two Main Characters For The Film

In case you haven't heard, Star Wars Episode 7 production team will be going to Nashville on November 24 for its casting call. The producers of the much awaited film announced that they will be holding casting calls for two main characters in different locations worldwide.

 According to Lucasfilm's representatives they are seeking for a "young woman to play 17-18 years old" and a "young man to play 19-23 years old." Both should be good looking, athletic and witty.

Those who are not fitting with the said qualifications will not be considered, and those who are under the age of 18 should bring an adult with him/her.

Star Wars episode 7 casting call will be held at Downtown Sheraton, 623 Union St., from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 24.

The event would include a meet-and-greet with the movie's famous casting director, Maryellen Aviano who is known for casting characters for Man of Steel, Inception, Hangover Part III and The Avengers.

Here are the female character descriptions:

"Rachel was quite young when she lost her parents. With no other family, she was forced to make her way alone in a tough, dangerous town. Now 17, she has become street smart and strong. She is able to take care of herself using humor and guts to get by. Always a survivor, never a victim, she remains hopeful that she can move away from this harsh existence to a better life. She is always thinking of what she can do to move ahead."

Here are the male character descriptions:

"Thomas has grown up without a father's influence. Without the model of being a man, he doesn't have the strongest sense of himself. Despite this, he is smart, capable and shows courage when it is needed. He can appreciate the absurdities in life and understands you can't take life too seriously."

Star Wars Episode 7 Casting Call In Nashville is just a part of the nationwide search for the two major characters in the movie. The casting crew already did their stop in Chicago, St. Louis and Austin, TX.
