Kim Kardashian was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on Tuesday at 101 Freeway an hour after 12 noon, for speeding, while a paparazzi was supposedly trying to keep up with the reality star, according to Associated Press.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was driving her black Rolls-Royce when the incident happen, as reported by TMZ.

According to TMZ, there were five cars and allegedly a helicopter trailing Kim Kardashian. When the star was pulled over for speeding, one photographer stopped in front of her luxury car and took photos of the incident.

Julio A. Goncalves, one the paparazzos who was pursuing Kardashian, was cited for speeding and stopping in a non-emergency situation, according to Min Hsu, California Highway Patrol officer in duty.

Prior to the incident, the 33-year old reality star slams paparazzi when the then pregnant star almost got into a car accident while avoiding them.

"A paparazzi almost crashed into my car today! I am still shaking! He put me in such danger! When will this legalized stalking stop???!!!???" posted on her twitter account on May.

Meanwhile, Kardashian's fiancé Kanye West, who's the father of her daughter North, has more chaotic relationship with the paparazzos. The "Yeezus" rapper was sued for misdemeanor case after an alleged fight with a paparazzi where he supposed to have attempted getting the photographer's camera. The rapper pleaded not guilty with the charge.

Although West was apprehensive about the thoughts of her daughter, North, going into showbiz, he did mention that he was open to broadcasting their nuptials to get a fat paycheck, according to MTV.

"I would take as much as possible," he claims. "What's official for everybody in this room and everybody on this globe right now is them bills. If you can help out with those bills, because you know me and Kim are in the exploitation business. We get paid to exploit ourselves. I'ma give my daughter the opportunity to choose when she wants to be exploited. That's the reason we didn't take any money for any baby pictures."

Going back, the authorities are not yet done with the speeding case and are looking closer into the incident considering further prosecution.

"Our law enforcement sources are saying the paps endangered multiple lives with their risky photography, including Kim's, other drivers on the road, and the officers involved," according to TMZ.

"They're not getting away with this," an insider added.
