Beyonce and Jay-Z are reportedly having conflicts with their marriage specifically because of the rapper's shortcoming as a husband and father to their baby, Blue Ivy.

While the power couple appears to have everything in life, the music icons are recently having fights because of Jay-Z's lack of transparency when it comes to his plans. Jay-Z allegedly planned a European tour without informing his other half.

"Jay-Z's early November trip to Australia was not just a family getaway, it was a last-ditch effort to keep his marriage afloat, Jay-Z's decision to tour Europe at the same time as Beyonce is touring Australia has caused serious damage to their relationship - damage that may be ultimately prove to be irreparable," claims a report by Hollywood Life.

Apart from being a performer and businesswoman, Beyonce deems herself as the organizer of the family and hence, she wants Jay-Z to coordinate with her when it comes to tour dates so that both of them will have ample time for their daughter. However, Jay-Z failed to do so: "Not only did he plan the tour without consulting her at all, but he didn't even try to coordinate dates with her tour. She told him he was selfish, Beyonce has been feeling like a single mother lately - and has been letting her husband know he's on shaky ground, and she's using the time they spend apart as a trial separation."

Insiders believe that if Jay-Z continues doing his decisions independently, his wife will eventually run out of patience. Nonetheless, fans are hoping that after their trial separation, the two will be able to rethink the things that truly matter in their lives.
