Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Back Together as reported, which proves the secret hookup rumors in Los Angeles top hotels.

According to VH1 Gossip Table report on Monday, both KStew and Rob have been secretly enjoying themselves checking in at different LA hotels.

"They can't break up on screen and they can't break up off screen,"  Marianne Garvey co-host of the VH1 Gossip Table reported. "They're like addicted to each other, Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart. They've been meeting in hotel rooms secretly around L.A. I don't know what they're doing behind closed doors, maybe talking, maybe playing cards, I don't know."

According to Garvey, Rob is "embarrassed" about what would people think of him when they see him take Kristen back again, when asked why the couple are hiding their rekindled romance from the public. The couple broke up in July 2012 when Kstew was caught cheating with the very married director Rupert Sanders. Both Stewart and Sanders' wife, Liberty Ross, starred on Snow White and the Huntsman, a movie he directed.

"Everyone feels like Rob is kind of like the 'punching bag' and a bit embarrassed about taking her back," Garvey claimed.

A source added that Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart are secretly back together and the reunited couple is talking about marriage.

The rekindled romance rumors sparked when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were photographed back together when they went out in public on October 30 and once again on November 2. They then spent a weekend together at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs where KStew allegedly introduce the idea of marriage to Rob.

"They went away to discuss their future and decided they can't live without each other," an insider told Life & Style. "Marriage was definitely a topic of conversation. They are inseparable and 100-percent back on," the source added. "I wouldn't be surprised if they just suddenly eloped!"

"Rob's addicted to her, even though he knows she's bad for him," added by another source of Life & Style.

"Their relationship was so toxic," the insider claimed. "All his friends are praying he doesn't give her what she wants. His buddies are begging him to not do anything stupid and take time to think about his future."
