As "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 continues airing, spoilers have surfaced regarding April's impending wedding, her sisters, episode 10, and the dreaded hiatus!

Firstly, it seems not only will April will get married to Matthew, but the special event will also see the arrival of her three sisters.

According to TVLine, the December 5 episode will focus on April's wedding, and her sisters Libby (Emily Happe), Kimmie (Elizabeth Bond), and Alice (Grace Bannon) will make the event extra interesting.

Will the wedding go as planned, or will something happen to disrupt the nuptials?

Meanwhile, spoilers confirm that "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 episode 10 will be directed by none other than Debbie Allen, who plays Katherine Avery on the show.

"Ben worries that a casual conversation with Derek could potentially cause issues for Bailey, Cristina turns to Shane as tension grows with Meredith, and April's upcoming wedding makes for an uncomfortable situation between Jackson and Stephanie. Meanwhile, Meredith plans a Thanksgiving dinner," says the official episode description for episode 10, "Somebody That I Used to Know."

And lastly, everyone is talking about the upcoming three-month hiatus for "Grey's Anatomy" season 10, including creator Shonda Rhimes.

According to spoilers on Twitter, it seems the hiatus is not in fact the design of Ms. Rhimes, but ABC.

And while some fans are in a panic over the long break, the returning episodes will air without break, like the first 12 episodes of season 10. And the system seems to at least appease some fans.
