Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie's Wine Hailed As The World's Top Rosé Drink; Wine On Sale For Only $28

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's wine, the Côtes de Provence Rosé Miraval, now officially joins the world's roster of top wines.

According to Wine Spectator's list, the drink is described as "refined and elegant, offering pure and concentrated flavors of dried red berry, tangerine and melon. The focused finish features flint and spice notes, with a hint of cream." On the magazine's 100-point scale, the wine earned flat 90 points which immediately made it rank 84th on the 2013 list and 1st for the Rosé wine category.

As per the magazine, the ranking is only given to wines that are of "superior character and style." Despite the wine's sophistications, interested drinkers do not need to worry for each bottle only amounts to $28.

The wine has been developed from the vineyards of the power couple's 1,000-acre Chateau Miraval estate in Correns, France. During its online debut in March 2013, the first 6,000 bottles sold out in five hours.

The 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' stars were heavily involved in the creation of the drink: "We are intimately involved and quite enthused over the wine project with our friends the Perrin family." The engaged couple joined wine-blending classes together with the Perrin family who owns Chateau Beaucastel in the Rhône Valley. Prior to having its official name, the wine was known as "Pink Floyd" simply because the rock band recorded their album 'The Wall' in the estate's recording studio.

Fans are in awe of the power couple because apart from having films and endorsements, they are still able to have other activities. Pitt and Jolie are also reportedly busy in preparing their upcoming wedding.
