Destiny Release Date PS4 News: Beta Version For Upcoming Bungie Game Coming To PlayStation 4 And PS3 Owners First On 'Early 2014'

But prior to the official Destiny release date for PS4 version, Bungie announced that the beta version of the game will be opened to the public first, as revealed by the Bungie COO, Pete Parsons. Moreover, according to Destiny release date PS4 news, those who own the Sony PlayStation 4, as well as the PS3, are the very first people to access the beta version.

To be one of the PS4 and PS3 owners to be entitled with access to the beta version, one needs to pre-order Destiny first.

Aside from Destiny release date PS4, fans should also expect the Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS3 version of the game to launch next year.

The release date of the beta version of Destiny is unknown yet but it is expected to arrive 'early 2014.' According to Digital Trends, this version "will include a diverse sampling of activities in the full game."

Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners will need to wait a little bit longer for them to get access on the pre-release beta version of Destiny.

The trailer of Destiny, as described by Game Rant, "features closer looks at combat in Destiny, as well as one of the larger boss-type enemies." Moreover, the post reads, "It's an admittedly brief glimpse, but one that adequately intrigues without delving too deep into the mythology of the game. This is, after all, a shooter, but one with a massive scope and an intriguing approach to cooperative and competitive multiplayer."
