Lee Seung Gi Tops Oricon Daily Chart

Lee Seung Gi topped the Oricon Daily Chart with his Japanese debut single ‘Era of Love’ on the same day of its release on March 6.
He sold over 18,642 copies in Japan beating Japanese singer Yamashita Tomohisa to second place by a landslide victory.

Fans are excited about this achievement however at the same time express their wish for him to claim the Oricon Weekly Chart as well. But it’s not certain he can claim number one as T-ara who was also successful in selling 14,999 copies on the first day with their single ‘Roly-Poly’ however ended up placing third place on the weekly chart.

It will be interesting to see if he can continue his sales to make his way to the top on the Oricon weekly chart.
