MBC’s ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun’ has completed it's final shooting.

The director of the drama Kim Do Hoon on March 13 shared on his Twitter about his thoughts as the drama is finished filming.

“We have finished filming ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun.’ It still feels unreal. The staff members, who have worked behind-the-scenes giving their best, are the real heroes of our drama.”

Further added specific individuals that include Jung Il woo, “… Your appearance made the drama shine. It was my excitement and worthwhile to monitor your growth closely as a director.”

He ended the tweet saying, “Yeom (Song Jae Hee) and Jan Shil (Bae Nuri) who wrapped the final scene with our staff. I apologize for having you come all the way down from such a long way. I send my big applause to both of you that gave everything you have.”

Fans commented, “It really was like a dream,” and “A work I won’t be able to forget for a long time.”
