JYJ member Yoochun is filled with deep sorrow with the death of his father. The Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital funeral hall on March 14 at 6PM KST, where Yoochun’s father lays, was crowded and filled with family members of the deceased, celebrities, mourners and reporters.

Upon hearing the sad news at Incheon International Airport Yoochun immediately headed to the funeral hall. As he was on his way returning back from South America tour with JYJ members in Chile and Peru he was not able to be by his father’s side when he passed away.

It was reported that he heard the news of his father’s death upon arriving at the airport and he was silently shedding tears for some time.

Yoochun after pulling himself together then left the airport arrival gate at 5PM KST and although he tried to fight back the sadness, still he showed tears on his way to the funeral hall in the car.

C-Jes Entertainment shared, “Yoochun shed tears as soon as he heard the news. He is currently at the funeral hall.”

Yoochun’s younger brother actor Park Yoohwan heard the sad news and was at his father’s side with his mother waiting for Yoochun.

JYJ’s member Jaejoong and Junsu also arrived at the funeral location to offer their deepest condolences to the family and paid their respects to his father.

Fellow label mate Song Ji Hyun and Junsu’s twin brother singer JUNO also came to offer their condolences to Yoochun, Yoohwan and paid their respects to their father.

The father of Yoochun and Yoohwan has reportedly passed way after fighting a longtime illness.

Yoochun’s upcoming drama ‘Rooftop Prince’ that was to air in March 15 has been postponed.
