LG G Flex: Rumored Next Generation Device Patterned On Korean Manufacturer's 'Flexible' Phone, To Flex By Up To 90 Degrees!

LG Electronics grabbed headlines almost a month ago when it released its own version of the curved smartphone, the LG G Flex. But unlike its rival, Samsung's Galaxy Round, LG's handset boasts two cool features - it has a self-healing back cover, and a frame that really flexes.

For consumers who are really looking for innovation, the G Flex is a mouth-watering device that would satisfy such cravings. However, its nifty pricetag might not appeal to most buyers.

Nevertheless, it looks like LG is planning to make a follow-up to its first curved smartphone. According to recent rumors by Android Authority, the Korean company is allegedly working on another version already.

Dubbed as the LG G Flex 2, this curved smartphone is rumored to be more flexible than its predecessor.

In the report, the rumored device will supposedly get a special hard rubber chassis which would take its flexibility to greater heights. The report even claims that such material can allow the phone to flex by up to 90 degrees! That's pretty neat, I should say.

Of course, the rumored G Flex 2 would have a flexible battery, screen and even CPU components.

While this rumor is definitely one we should look forward to, you may want to take it with a pinch of salt as LG has yet to confirm anything.
