‘Doctor Who: Legacy’ Release Date News: Freemium iOS And Android Game App From BBC WorldWide Now Available; Future Updates To Bring In More Classic Characters

 "Doctor Who: Legacy" release date finally arrived.  

Those who are looking forward to "Doctor Who: Legacy" release date for iOS and Android devices should be delighted to know that the app is now available.

BBC Worldwide, together with Tiny Rebel Games and Seed Studio recently announced that Doctor Who: Legacy was already available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The gameplay for Doctor Who: Legacy, as described by GamerShell, reads, "you will build a team of your favourite companions and allies drawn from the extensive and illustrious history of the show; face the Doctor's most notorious enemies; and relive the Doctor's greatest triumphs. "

Moreover, Doctor Who: Legacy game app focuses on the 6th and 7th season of the rebooted show. Characters included in the app are Matt Smith's Doctor, companions Rory, Amy and Clara, as well as monsters which include Weeping Angels, The Silence, and the Daleks, as posted on The Guardian.

But according to the developers, future updates for Doctor Who: Legacy will bring in other classic characters like Sarah Jane and K-9. Furthermore, there will be contents arriving on early 2014 which are based on the fifth season of the new Doctor Who.

According to Lee Cummings, the creative director and co-founder of Tiny Rebel Games saidm, as cited by MCVUK, "With decades of epic adventures to draw from, Doctor Who: Legacy is a loving homage created by loyal Whovians, and is rich in the show's creative legacy and fun.

Further sharing about the game, he told, "Combining easy to learn, hard to master mechanics with beloved characters and cunning villains, Doctor Who: Legacy will be a treat for fans, casual players and even the most hard-core gamers alike."
