Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce settlement is nearing into becoming a reality, as reports came in that the NBA player is considering finalizing the end of his marriage to the 29-year old reality star, but with conditions.

Odom, 34 is allegedly asking for $10 million and the return of the engagement ring worth $875,000 in exchange for the divorce and his silence about all the secrets he know about the Kardashians and the existence of the alleged sex tape.

The outrageous conditions were revealed in the National Enquirer, where in Odom's demands came in following Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian's meeting with their lawyers to discuss the divorce.

The NBA player, who is currently battling drug addiction, supposedly wants the money to keep mum from revealing Kardashian's darkest secrets.

"Kris and Khloe are very worried about Lamar... He knows all about their extreme surgery procedures - when, how often and how much - and the pressure put on the younger girls to follow suit," an insider told The Enquirer.

The source also said if Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were not able to settle things harmoniously, the reality star could very well kiss her career goodbye as Odom might expose a sex tape that they made.

"Lamar is also prepared to destroy Khloe's reputation by discussing their sex tape, and how she targeted him and tore his family apart," the insider revealed to the magazine.

"Kris is insisting on a confidentiality agreement to ensure Lamar can never discuss his life with the Kardashians either in print or verbally." The insider even said that Lamar is not planning to sign anything not unless his demands are met.

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce issue is just a fraction of the reality star's problems as she is again being bombarded with issues regarding her real identity.

This time, Khloe's paternity issues are being linked to O.J. Simpson, as the manager of the former NFL player claims that, "Khloe could be O.J.'s kid."

Norman Pardo told In Touch magazine "It's all going to come out sooner or later," an allegation that needed not just any admittance from Khloe's mother Kris or O.J. Simpson himself, but a solid proof to it.

Khloe Kardashian might very well focus on her divorce settlement with Lamar Odom rather than putting her mind into something that as of now are purely speculations.
