Shin Hye Sung was rushed to the hospital after suffering a knee injury during the concert.

He had injured his knee cap while climbing on stage during the encore performance in the concert 'The Return.'

The rest of the Shinhwa members proceeded with the encore stage, reassuring fans that everything was okay.

A representative from Shinhwa's agency stated that "His knee had always bothered him and it must have put a strain to be dancing and climbing onto stage. We are running a couple tests right now."

This concert marked the 14th year of Shinhwa's debut, and it was the first concert they had held as a group in four years. Over 20,000 fans were present to congratulate the oldest idol group in Korea and they took the occasion to reveal their new title song ‘Venus.’
