Teresa Giudice Instagram Photos [PICS] Tre & Dino Manzo Getting Along Filming RHONJ Without Caroline!

Teresa Guidice Instagram photos show her and her new bff, Dina Manzo, coming home from a fun night on the town. Teresa and DIna began filming Real Housewives Of New Jersey and the Instagram photos show that shooting their reality show without Caroline is a joy.

Dina captioned her Instagram pic with  "Hanging up our eyelashes for the night...." Teresa and Dina look positively glowing wearing heavy makeup and coats shielding away teh New Jersey cold.

Last month the pair posted other Instagram phots with the caption from Teresa saying, "This is what friends do: Dance, smile, and laugh together. Friends forever."

Much to Teresa's delight Dina rejoins the Housewives for season 6 after leaving the show after just two seasons. Dina is in a way replacing her big sister, Caroline Manzo, who left New Jersey Housewives after season 5.

Dina and her big sister do not get along, so she was probably waiting until Caroline left the reality show before she decided to rejoin. Teresa and Dina have always been friends, the pair having in common thier distain for Caroline. It looks like Dina and Tre are getting along splendidly while filming the newest Housewives installment.

But filming could get tricky for Teresa come February 2014, when her and her husband Joe Giudice stand trial.  According to reports, Teresa is trying to keep her trial off the camera, but it isn't determined if her demands were written into her contract with Bravo.

The Real Housewives Of New Jersey has started filming a few months late due to a series of factors. But it is confirmed that Teresa Giudice, Kathy Wakile, Rosie Pierrri and Dina Manzo have started filming RHONJ this week.

According to RadarOnilne, "the producers just could not get everything together so quickly. They wanted to make sure they are able to get all of the women for the Christmas holiday and they want Teresa's court drama included but they just didn't move very fast and so production was delayed for a while."

Filming around Teresa's severe legal troubles will be a challenge for Bravo. Viewers are interested to watch Teresa before her trial. They want to see how she deals with the stress, and are curious how the trial progresses adn concludes.

Teresa plead not guilty to the 2 new fraud charges fraud which stem from allegations that she filed a false application int order to receive a $361k mortgage loan. That makes the fraud charges count at 41!

The new charges say Teresa claimed on the loan that she was employed as a realtor making $15k per month but officials say Teresa was "not employed outside the home at the time." These two new fraud charges look very cut and dry. Either she was a realtor or she wasn't.

Call me crazy but the RHONJ star is in real trouble and viewers are excited to see how Tre handles the drama. The two new charges alone could put Teresa and Joe Giudice behind bars for a maximum of 30 years each.

In case you didn't know, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are facing a multitude of very serious charges which can result in a 50 year prison sentence each.

Below is a summary of their previous charges:

1) Mail Fraud and Wire Fraud: The indictment states that between 2001-2008, using the U.S. mail, private carriers and wire communications, they defrauded 7 different banks and mortgage lenders.

2) Bank Fraud: The indictment states 5 banks were defrauded by submitting applications with false tax returns, pay stubs, and W-2s that gave false salaries and income. In total they stole $4.5 million from various banks.

3) Loan Application Fraud: For making false statements in those bank loan applications

4) Bankruptcy Fraud: Concealment, False Oaths, False Declarations. These are 22 different counts alone. In essence, they lied to the BK courts (under oath) about their finances and they knowingly filed false documents to conceal their income. That's perjury. Tre & Joe never withdrew their bankruptcy, the courts denied their petition on suspicion of fraud.

5) Failure to Make Tax Returns: These counts are all against Joe, and claim he didn't file tax returns from 2004-2008.

Joe Giudice, whose real first name is Giuseppe, is an Italian citizen. Thus, he could face deportation if he is convicted.

Joe Giudice, 43, was released on a $500,000 bond secured by his father, Frank. Teresa Giudice, 41, was released on a $500,000 unsecured bond.

The duo also had their travel restricted to New Jersey and New York and had to surrender their passports.

The pattern of alleged fraud may have lasted a decade," U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said.

"They're serious charges," he said.

"They are alleged to have made false statements to the bankruptcy court and the banks that lent them money," Fishman told press.

In a statement, Teresa Giudice discussed the charges.

"I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," she said. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."
