Lamar Odom Probation: The former NBA star was arrested for DUI after California Highway Patrol saw him driving his Mercedes Benz SUV weaving on the freeway in the Studio City section of Los Angeles, in a "serpentine manner."

Odom and the prosecutors have come into an agreement when the former LA player entered the plea to one misdemeanor count of DUI. He was ordered to pay $1,814 for penalties, Los Angeles city attorney representative Frank Mateljan revealed.

The sentence may have caused the former NBA star his career, especially now that he's currently out of the league, still unsigned as a free agent following his career low 4 point and 5.9 rebounds last season with his former LA Clippers team.

Clippers coach Doc Rivers met with him last month, but the meeting didn't go well as Rivers was quoted saying, "it really didn't go much further than that," telling AP that he was just expressing his interest with the former player.

Odom kept mum following his arrest, aside from a tweet he posted last September telling that the Kardashian family was "the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time. Only person 2 blame is myself."

However, it has been reported that his wife Khloe Kardashian is planning to file for divorce before the wedding of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, saying:

"Khloe doesn't want to be a wreck at the wedding, watching her sister and Kanye embark on their life long journey of love together while she's still in a fu**ed up marriage that's going nowhere," an insider close to Khloe and Lamar told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

"She wants to be in a good place mentally so that she can be there for Kim and at 100 percent.

"She loves her sister so much and doesn't want to have any negative energy or be in a bad place when she and Kanye marry each other," the source added.
