Heidi And Spencer are Too Broke To Have Babies! On their new E! special, Heidi, whose had baby fever for years (rememeber the birthday party she threw for her neighbor, Enzo) continues to nag her husband to start a family. But Spencer has made it perfectly clear that he does not want babies...well at least until they aren't broke and their villainous reputations improve.

The main reason why the couple can't have babies is they are flat out broke. On 'After Shock: Heidi And Spencer,' Spencer, 30, explains the trials and tributulations of being extremely rich as the star on a hit reality show, and then the low of realizing that you once had $10 million and let it slip through your fingers. Ouch! Pratt also says he doesn't want to start a family while his image is stil extremely negative. Spencer explained on the E! special about random 'Hills' fans, that he has never met, still trying to fight with him. So Pratt has concluded, "I would not want to be Spencer Pratt's kids." He told wife Heidi, 27, that they can revisit the babies conversation in 10 years. It softened teh blow, but it's obvious that Heidi wishes their fortune played out differently.

With new surprises about Heidi's plastic surgery, scripted storylines written for Heidi and Spencer on 'The Hills,' going broke, and selling fake stories and pictures to the paps, the special was quite the 'shock.' The only positive thing I can say about it was that Spencer Pratt was completely honest for once, and Heidi looked more like a bruised victim than a dumb Barbie Doll. 

'After Shock' highlights how Heidi and Spencer blew through their $10 million on cars, extravagant vacations, and splurging on reckless $30,000 shopping sprees. The couple that once went out to dinner everynight, spending $4,000 on bottles of wine, now opts for home cooked meals, and pinching pennies at the farmer's market. Pratt, now 30, had more money in his early 20's then now and feels pathetic. The reality villains are in no financial position to be making babies.

In an HLN interview earlier this year, Spencer explained about going broke, "We didn't think about in long term. In the moment, it was just, like, the money was coming so fast and there was so much fame. You just can't imagine it like a light switch turning off. We were reckless with our money." 

On the E! special Pratt added, "We were living like Tom Cruise, when in reality we were live Tom Cruise's butler." Spencer continues on the shock he felt after realizing he didn't save any money for him and his wife, Heidi:

"I regret playing the villian so hard with, you know, not saving all of my money, because I'd be laughing all the way to the bank being [a] hated multi-millionaire right now. I didn't see 'The Jersey Shore' coming out of left field, taking reality TV to a whole other level that I wasn't prepared to go to. I felt like I was low enough. I wasn't ready to start peeing on dance floors and stuff, but maybe I should have and still have millions of dollars ... If you're gonna be so hated and make decisions that effect your whole life, you should save all that money instead of spending it like you're Diddy."

"We have kind of come to the point where it's a reality check and it's like, whoa, we had a lot of money and whoa, we spent a lot of money," Heidi said.

Spencer added, "We should have like $10 million plus in the bank. And we don't."

Heidi had to stop the conversation saying it was 'making her sick.'

The couple who were close to bankruptcy resorted to trying to selling fake stories to the paparazzi about getting a divorce. They even tried to snag a reality show about their 'divorce' and how the sole-mates found their way back to each other.

But their regrets don't end just at blowing through money and tarnishing their reputations...

Heidi admits that she she deeply regrets having her extreme plastic surgery. On the new special Heidi discusses how she always felt flat chested and insecure as a child, and 'The Hills' fame only magnified her insecurities. She opted to having 10 plastic surgeries in one day, which almost killed the reality star.

The transformation was painful and emotionally and physically torturous. After her mother told Heidi that she 'looked better before plastic surgery' Heidi was so upset that she didn't speak to her mother for 2 years!

But after 'The Hills' ended and her fame diminished, reality set in and Lauren Conrad's ex BFF decided that her plastic surgery was a mistake. So Montag took out her F-cup breast implants and swapped them with more sensible C-cups.

But we will never forget when Heidi first had the surgery. She said that she didn't think her breasts were big enough and wanted "H cupped breasts...H for Heidi."

Heidi, who still looks like a shell of her former self, does look a tad better than when she first had her major procedures in 2010.  But the adorable blond from Colorado will never be able to look like her former 'fresh faced' self.
