Chromebook 11 Launched By Dell, Packs 11.6" Display, 1.4GHz Celeron CPU, Would Reportedly Be Available For As Low As $300

If you are looking for Chromebook 11 options this holiday season, Dell brings to the market its own version. Dell's Chromebook 11 is a simple yet effective netbook computer which is primarily aimed for education related tasks.

Joining HP and Acer, Dell's own version of the Chromebook also features an 11" display with 1366x768 resolution and 'exceptional viewing angles'. Under the hood lies the 1.4GHz Celeron processor, and an Intel Graphics Card for discrete gaming and entertainment applications.

However, what it separates it from other devices in its class is the reported 10 hours of battery life, which is pretty impressive considering the screen and the processing power it has.

The Dell Chromebook 11 also packs a 16GB internal memory and comes with either 2GB or 4GB of RAM. According to the report by Android Authority, the netbook's 2GB version will be available within Q1 2014, while the 4GB variant arrives in stores in January. Dell announced that pricing for the Chromebook 11 would be as low as $300.

For parents looking to buy their children a gadget they could use during their school years, Dell's Chromebook 11 offers a great bargain.
