The highly anticipated new album from Beyonce will most likely arrive in 2014, and it looks like the same can be said for her sister Solange Knowles.

It all began when Columbia Records Chairman Rob Stringer gave out a quote to advertise some of the upcoming new albums which will see the light of day in 2014.

"At the beginning of next year we've got Broken Bells and Bruce Springsteen. Then we've got Lea Michele from Glee coming, and we've got Foster the People up next," said Stringer according to Rolling Stone.

"Then we've got Pharrell and Solange, and obviously, at some point Beyoncé will put a record out, and when she does it will be monumental. So we're in really, really good shape."

Given the wording, it's possible that Beyonce will release her new album after Solange in 2014!

Last month, Solange Knowles released a compilation album featuring independent R&B artists under her own label, Saint Records. "Saint Heron" also featured her very own song called "Cash In."

Meanwhile, Beyonce has expanded her massive Mrs Carter World Tour into 2014, adding dates in the U.K. as well as Dublin in February.

Given that Beyonce will be busy with her world tour at least until February, will her new album drop afterwards? It is also possible that Beyonce will debut a new single while on the tour.

Either way, with Beyonce and Solange releasing new albums, 2014 is looking quite promising for the Knowles fans!
