While the Nexus 5 release date was held a couple of months ago, it is still among the hottest smartphones in the market today. As proof, stocks for the black 32GB edition have been delivered yesterday, yet a couple of hours later, business shipping would begin in as late as two days. 

In a report by Android Police, there has been huge demand for the Nexus 5, especially the white and 16GB editions. Unfortunately, most of these models are out of stock. 

However, several commenters on the site revealed the in spite the business shipment of 1-2 days, their Nexus 5 phones arrived to their doorsteps fairly quickly. What exactly does this mean? 

This could show that Google is placing the notice on their US Play Store page to make sure consumers would do whatever it takes to order the device right away.
