'Game Of Thrones' Season 3 Receives 3 SAG Awards 2014 Nominations: Will HBO Show Win Third Year In A Row?

"Game of Thrones" season 3 received three SAG Awards 2014 nominations this week. Will "Game of Thrones" win the Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series SAG award for the third time in a row?

The SAG Awards 2014, also known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, gave three nominations to "Game of Thrones" season 3. They include Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series, Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.

WinterisComing.net reports that this is the third year in a row in which "Game of Thrones" has snagged a SAG Awards nomination for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series. "Game of Thrones" has won this award for the last two years.

Also, Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister on "Game of Thrones" season 3, was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series. He'll be competing against Steve Buscemi of "Boardwalk Empire," Bryan Cranston of "Breaking Bad," Jeff Daniels of "The Newsroom," and Kevin Spacey of "House of Cards."

The "Game of Thrones" cast has also been nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. This award is shared by regular and recurring actors on the show, which on "Game of Thrones" is quite a long list, including: Alfie Allen, John Bradley, Oona Chaplin, Gwendoline Christie, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Mackenzie Crook, Charles Dance, Joe Dempsie, Peter Dinklage, Natalie Dormer, Nathalie Emmanuel, Michelle Fairley, Jack Gleeson, Iain Glen, Kit Harington, Lena Headey, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, Kristofer Hivju, Paul Kaye, Sibel Kekilli, Rose Leslie, Richard Madden, Rory McCann, Michael McElhatton, Ian McElhinney, Philip McGinley, Hannah Murray, Iwan Rheon, Sophie Turner, Carice van Houten, and Maisie Williams.

The SAG Awards 2014 will air on Saturday, January 18, 2014 on TNT and TBS.
