Monday Night Raw Results 12/16/13: WWE Raw Recap Dec. 16 2013

The Raw after the Sunday TLC PPV wherein Randy Orton was crowned the champion gets ready to have a big target on his head as almost everyone in the WWE looks at him to get the championship belt and be the WWE champion.

The show, which was televised live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, started and ended with a Randy Orton highlight.

WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon introducing the new WWE World Heavyweight champion Randy Orton into the ring.

Orton went down smirking on Cena along the way but continued talking trash to Cena when Randy went in the ring. On the other hand, Cena shrugged it off and congratulated Orton for his victory announcing he should face Daniel Bryan for a match wherein Stephanie agreed and set-up a match for the superstar of the year winner.

Later that night, the main event was a non-title match between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton bout that lasted for half an hour just to end in waste.

It was a fantastic main event following a big TLC PPV just the day before. Multiple nail biting kick outs were drawn during the match and intense exchange of blows were seen throughout the main event fight. Randy Orton started with a huge momentum in the start of the match that changed in the latter parts by Daniel Bryan.

Just like a usual Orton-move to end the match not to his favor, Randy Orton delivered a game-ending low blow that made Daniel Bryan the winner via disqualification.

After the low blow, John Cena ran down to the ring after Orton "beat the living hell" out of Bryan, which leaded to an RKO on Cena putting the two non-champions down on the canvass.

The show ended with that scene and Orton raising his two belts while standing on top of Cena and Bryan's knocked out bodies ending the WWE Monday Night Raw.
