Install Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update On Samsung Galaxy Tab 7; GT- P1000 Receives Nightly ROM CyanogenMod 10.1

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 users can now install Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update.

The CyanogenMod team has recently released the newest build of CM10.1 for Android devices including the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4. And according to International Business Times, the latest addition to these devices is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.

Particularly, the CM10.1 Nightly ROM based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update is for the GT-P1000 variant of the tablet.

The ROM is based on the original Android Open Source Project release. According to reports, the AOSP is created to provide a superior and more stable performance, compared to the stock versions of Android.


Since the CM10.1 ROM available for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 is a nightly build, the firmware may show broken features and untested bugs. But it should be noted that these issues will be fixed in the forthcoming updates for the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean CM10.1 ROM.
