New photos of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their kids showed that the family of eight had too much time to spend in Australia for the holidays as theu went on a getaway at the Coomera River in Queesland.

The "Mr. and Mrs Smith" stars will reportedly spend the Christmas and post-birthday celebration of Brad in their rented home in Queensland, Daily Mail reported. Brad turned 50 last week.

On Monday, both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went on a high-speed boat ride with 12-year-old Maddox, Pax, 9, Zahara, 8, Shiloh, 7, and twins Knox and Vivienne, who are now five years old.

Also last week, the family were seen lounging around the luxury cruiser called "Ghost" which can be rented at around $100,000 per week. Brad was no stranger to the Ghost after also renting it in an earlier holiday with Pax when the actor promoted "World War Z" in Australia in June.

The couple was the subject of rumors over their reported broken engagement as Angelina was in Australia to finish filming "Unbroken" which is her second directorial film. Brad, meanwhile, was shooting some scenes for "The Fury" in England.

The rumors, however, were quickly quelled when Brad Pitt visited Angelina Jolie and the kids in Australia. They went on some private bonding time on the beach as well as toured the sights in Sydney, including a matinee of "The Lion King."

This week, the couple visited Robina Target in the Gold Coast, Queesland for some last minute Christmas shopping for the kids, family and friends.

Their shopping was proudly announced by Target CEO Stuart Machine in his twitter account; "Team at our Target Robina store are thrilled that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their children shopped at Target today."

According to News Corp, Robina accommodated the couple by opening after hours so they can shop in relative privacy. They stayed at the retail shop for about two hours.
