According to speculations regarding Nexus 10 2, the 2^nd-generation Google tablet may arrive "right after the New Year's Eve and right before the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014, as posted on International Business Times."

Previously, Nexus 10 2 release date rumors suggested that the Nexus 10 2 will launch during the CES 2014 event, which is set to happen in January 2014. But accordingly, Nexus 10 2 release date may happen earlier, as the internet search giant is rumored to hold a separate launch event for the 10-inch Android tablet.

 CES 2014 is a yearly international consumer electronics and technology trade show, which is set to take place from January 7 to 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If Nexus 10 2 release date rumors about earlier launch pan out, it may most likely happen between January 1 and January 6.

Furthermore, the upcoming tablet will be different from the line of Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab, thus, leading many to speculate that indeed, it will be the highly-anticipated Nexus 10 2 tablet.

As for other Nexus 10 2 specs, the tablet is rumored to feature 10-inh 2650 x 1600 HD display with gorilla glass, 3 GB RAM, 8 MP camera, quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset ad 9500 battery.
