Smackdown Spoilers 12/27/13: WWE – Possible Unification Of The USA And Intercontinental Championship Belt; Cena Looking For Another Title Shot

WWE Smackdown Spoilers 12/27/13: On a taped Friday Night Smackdown, things started and ended with a John Cena appearance and things didn't look good.

Cena started by coming into the ring to start the show doing a Hulk Hogan reference move in the process. He went out into the ring to announce and asked for Randy Orton to give him a shot at the title for that night. Things quickly went out of hand as The Shield went out to ambush Cena and was helped by Mark Henry on the process but luck ran out for Cena as Henry was beat down by the Shield as well. Big E. Langston came out to their aide signaling to Kane to go out and announce three main events for the evening as Big E. Langston will face Dean Ambrose, Mark Henry against Roman Reigns and John Cena vs. Seth Rollins.

Later that night, Big E. Langston defeated Dean Ambrose to start the triple-header main event. Mark Henry and John Cena were at Langston's corner and Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins were in Ambrose's side.

Still with their "team mates" on their side, it became a 1-1 as Mark Henry lost to Roman Reigns.

The main event was won by John Cena making the score 2-1 where the "team" of Cena, Langston and Henry won.

After the official Smackdown main event, a Post-Show Dark Match was held where the wish of John Cena came true to fight the WWE Champion Randy Orton where things ended up ugly after Randy Orton lost once again due to disqualification.

In other news, Big E. Langston, the Intercontinental Champion has been in rumors surrounding the unification of his belt and the US Championship.

He said in an interview that he is "open to it" and "all for it," saying, "if it strengthens the legitimacy of both titles." United States Champion Dean Ambrose on the other hand, said, "it'd be a good thing as long as they made one good-looking championship for me to haul around, because I'd definitely be the one holding it."
