In his latest movie, Zac Efron shows his naughty side as Teddy. In Zac Efron's 'Neighbors' movie trailer, the 25-year-old blue-eyed actor is portrayed as a fraternity boy who'll go far just to give his next door neighbors a lesson for breaking their promise.

In the comedic film, Efron and his fraternity brothers moved into a house that's next to a couple (Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen) with a newborn baby. The Radners asked Efron to ensure that the property will be noise-free. He and his fraternity brothers agreed under one condition: to not call the cops no matter what. However, the 'Neighbors' movie trailer shows unbearably noisy fraternity parties which prompted the Mac and Kelly Radner to call the police.

Such act eventually led to a string of pranks initiated by Efron and his brothers. What makes the movie more exciting is that the Radners will decide to fight back. The 'Neighbors' movie trailer also gives a glimpse of the former Disney star's toned abs while he's grilling hot dogs during a backyard party.

'Neighbors' is scheduled for cinema release on May 9, 2014.
