Final Fantasy X-3 Tidus And Yuna Design Photos Revealed In X/X-2 HD Remaster Bonus Drama: Do They Break Up In The Future?

Final Fantasy X may get another sequel after X-2, and the latest design photos of Tidus and Yuna could be the most concrete evidence of Final Fantasy X-3 yet.

It all began with a quote by scenario writer Kazushige Nojima, who worked on Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, discussing Final Fantasy X-3 if there is enough demand for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster.

"If there's enough demand, then we may possibly see new developments," he said according to Siliconera. "I would personally like to see a sequel like X-3."

Nojima is also the author behind a Final Fantasy X-2.5 book release which is set a year after the events of Final Fantasy X-2, according to Square Portal. Coincidentally, it will be released on December 28, right after the Japanese release of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster.

But the most concrete evidence of Final Fantasy X-3 is the recent photo of new designs for Tidus and Yuna, revealed in the bonus drama that is included in the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster release.

You check out the full drama in the video below, where you can spot the designs.

Interestingly enough, the bonus drama appears to hint at the idea that Tidus and Yuna are no longer together in the future. Only time will tell if that is the case in the Final Fantasy X-2.5 book release.

In the bonus drama, you can also make out additional designs of two new characters which are done in the same manner as the Tidus and Yuna designs.

Are they new characters for Final Fantasy X-3?
