Are things getting serious between Khloe Kardashian and Matt Kemp that she's actually ditching the Aspen family trip to train with the baseball star?

While Kris Jenner and her brood hied off to Aspen, Colorado on a private jet for a ski holiday on a private resort, 29-year-old Khloe Kardashian was snapped leaving a Los Angeles gym after a workout with Matt. They even parked both their vehicles together outside the gym. Aw... sweet!

Khloe Kardashian, who filed divorce at an L.A. court against basketball star Lamar Odom earlier this month, also brought Matt an iced beverage from a local Starbucks.

Looks like the reality TV star is determined to shed off some excess pounds and to achieve "that Beyonce booty." Aside from intense session with her personal trainer, she is also doing boxing and Pilates on the side.

But Matt Kemp insists that there's nothing romantic going on between him and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.

In an earlier interview with TMZ Sports, Matt basically said that he's far from being a "rebound guy."

"We're just friends," He said. "The Kardashians are good people."

A report by HollywoodLife.com, however, claimed that both Khloe Karashian and Matt Kemp have already agreed to spend the New Year's Even together although it's not yet clear where in Los Angeles would that be. Will they be sharing the traditional kiss to greet 2014? Well, that remains a question.

The plan appeared to be hatched during the Christmas Eve dinner at Kris Jenner's mansion just as Matt Kemp was about to leave, Hollywood Life reported, citing an unnamed source. He then asked her what she's doing on the New Year.

"Khloe and Matt snuck off at the end of the night and they got to steal a kiss," the entertainment news website added. "They were careful to not be too open during the party. They are already planning their New Year's Eve together."
