Last time the 23-11-6 Vancouver Canucks battled vs the 18-16-4 Philadelphia Flyers; it was a 3-2 victory for the Canucks thanks to two goals in the third period. Watch the free live stream online to see if a much improved Flyers team from two months ago can stop the red-hot Canucks team.

Vancouver has won three games in a row and six of its last eight games, only losing one in regulation. Philly has won two in a row and four of its last five. This game vs the Canucks will be the second of a six-game road trip for the Flyers. Watch the free live stream as the now third-place Philly team plays one of the best from the west.

Wayne Simmonds has seven goals and two assists during a season-high five-game point streak, scoring three times on the power play. The right winger had found the net twice in each of the past three games, becoming the first Flyer to string together three multigoal games since Reggie Leach in 1981, according to ESPN.com.

"He's at the net all the time and that's where he gets his goals," coach Craig Berube told the team's official website. "He does all the little things. He works hard to get in there and gets pucks back to the defensemen. Then, on the power play he gets to a lot of loose pucks and gets them to (Claude) Giroux and then gets to the net. That's how he's successful."

The team in general is starting to find the back of the net more consistently. The Flyers have scored four goals in three of the last four games, but have a tough task ahead of them. Eddie Lack will be in net for his second game in back-to-back nights. He shutout the Calgary Flames, stopping all of only 18 shots that came his way.
