Those who own Sony Xperia Z Wi-fi can now install the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.

According to GSM Arena, the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia Tablet Z is 792 MB heavy. The official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update firmware, with build number, 10.4.B.0.577 can now be accessed via Sony PC Companion Suite, according to GSM Arena. Unfortunately, the firmware is not available via over-the-air notification.

Particularly, the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is only available to Wi-fi variants of the tablet, with model number SGP311 and SGP312.

Aside from the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean features, the new firmware also brings in software additions for the device such as new home launcher, a support for "Xperia Theme, the Sony Smart Social Camera. It also provides support for the multiple apps and a new battery mode, Stamina, as posted on Android Authority.

First, it is important to verify the model number of your Sony Xperia Tablet Z first before installing the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.
