Before the winter hiatus, we found out that the Mother met Lily, Barney, and Marshall, who finally made it to the Farhampton Inn right after Robin and Barney's rehearsal dinner.

TVLine reports that "How I Met Your Mother" season 9 is going to get very interesting, according to new spoilers. The final slaps of the slap bet between Marshall and Barney is coming "very soon," and Jason Segel, who plays Marshall, gave the cryptic spoiler that the final slap will have something to do with "Hillary Clinton."

In late January, "How I Met Your Mother" season 9 will air its 200th episode, titled "How Your Mother Met Me." The episode will focus mostly on the Mother, and what she's been up to all these years while we've been following the life of Ted Mosby and his friends.

And what about Robin and Barney's wedding?

"It's a bruising weekend for everybody," executive producer Carter Bays said in a recent spoiler. "A lot goes down. But [Ted is] going to meet [The Mother] at exactly the right time in his life."

Executive producer Craig Thomas also teased when the Mother first meets Ted's ex girlfriend, Robin.

"It happens late in the season, and there's definite significance," Thomas revealed. "It's a very important moment when they run into each other."

What else can we expect from the "HIMYM" gang?

According to TVLine, we will soon learn the Mother's name, Ashley Williams will return as Ted's ex girlfriend and former fiancee Victoria, and Marshall and Lily will finally have to face their argument over judgeship versus Rome.

"How I Met Your Mother" season 9 returns Monday, Jan. 13 at 8/7c on CBS. The hour-long series finale airs March 31, 2014.
