Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez might have parted ways but the Canadian pop star found a new subject for his love and affection: an American bulldog named Karma. Justin Bieber's baby came from the Ruffin's Pet Centre in Stratford, Ontario.

During his holiday break in his hometown, Bieber opted to visit the animal center where he got charmed by the 7-week-old puppy. After bringing home Justin Bieber's baby, his family immediately enlisted the help of the singer's fans on Twitter for a pet name.

The pop star's father, Jeremy, later shared a photograph of the puppy on Instagram. "Meet Karma Bieber #puppy" was the accompanying photo caption. He similarly posted a tweet thanking one fan for coming up with the name: "So we have got a name selected for the newest Bieber. Big thanks to @justinfredos the Belieber who chose it 'Karma'".

Is Bieber trying to win back Gomez by adopting Karma? Apart from his latest songs which are reportedly addressed to the Latina beauty, Bieber knows that Gomez is very fond of animals too. Back when they were still together, they adopted a dog named Baylor from an animel shelter in Winnipeg.

It is unknown whether there's still hope for Bieber and Gomez to reconcile. Even if Bieber is very open in admitting that he still loves the 'Montecarlo' actress, Gomez is reportedly unhappy with his recent actions specifically his Brazilian brothel escapade as well as his stripper party in Australia.
