Kesha Enters Rehab To Treat Her Eating Disorder; ‘Die Young’ Singer Hoping To Learn How To Love Herself Again

Singer Kesha enters rehab and decides to stay there for the following 30 days to treat her eating disorder. Last Friday, Kesha announced that she'd temporarily stay away from the spotlight so that she could take care of herself.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am," said the 26-year-old artist.

The 'Die Young' hit maker checked in at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center in Lemont, Illinois. Apart from eating disorders, Timberline Knolls similarly treat substance abuse and addiction as well as mood disorders.

"Our vision is to help residents achieve lifelong recovery by bringing together clinical treatment with spiritual and emotional growth," claims the center's website.

Born as Kesha Rose Sebert, the songstress made her fans worry when she looked thinner in her recent appearances. However, no one thought that she was battling with an eating disorder. Many assumed that her figure was from her new workout plan with fitness coach Kit Rich which included circuit training and Pilates.

Kesha entering rehab is truly challenging but having the courage to take such step is already a good sign.
