IU First Solo Concert Part of Nationwide Tour 4 Years After Her Debut

Singer IU is to hold her first solo concert since her debut four years ago.

IU debuted at a young age of 16 who captured anticipation of music critics and public through her great musical emotions and vocals have now come to represent solo artists in the music industry is now holding her first solo concert ‘REAL FANTASY’ since her debut four years ago.

IU’s agency Loen Entertainment revealed, “IU is to hold her first solo concert on June 2 at Kyunghee University, The Hall of Peace then will embark on a nationwide concert in 6 cities. The concert is to be a special stage between ‘reality’ and ‘fantasy’ along with IU’s beautiful music and sincere charm following the concert title ‘Real Fantasy.’”

The solo concert is not only limited to Seoul area but will be part of a nationwide tour. The nationwide tour was decided base on her wish to go and hold a concert for her fans that have been supporting her since her debut. Concert is to kick off in Seoul and proceed to Ulsan, Jeonjoo, Suwon, Busan and Daegu.

This concert is planned to take place in theatre-style stages instead of large scale concert venues to focus more on the quality of music.

Loen Entertainment shared, “IU has been involved from stage planning and putting her efforts in preparing for the concert. It will be a concert to truly reveal IU’s passion and sincerity towards music.”

IU’s Seoul concert tickets will start to go on sale April 17 through Interpark.
