Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber snapped a photo of themselves cuddling and posted it on the "Heartbreaker" singer's Instagram page, leaving many wondering if she may have dumped rumored boyfriend Romeo Miller.

An eyewitness told In Touch magazine that the couple was spotted having a good time riding Segways in Calabasas last week.

"Justin and his friend were ahead while Selena trailed behind his security was blocking the road and it held up traffic," the source told In Touch magazine.

"They looked like they were having a really good time and having so much fun. Obviously the two are talking again but they haven't been seen in the neighborhood together before."

The photo was posted just weeks after both singers announced they would be taking time away from music - Justin Bieber announced he was retiring and Selena Gomez will enter rehabilitation for her Lupus disease.

Rumors about Selena Gomez and Romeo Miller began when she was spotted in one of Romeo Miller's Instagram pictures wearing his sweater with a romantic caption just days before.

"I live for the nights that I can't remember with the people that I won't forget. #romeeverything," he captioned the photo.

There is no official confirmation on whether they are dating.
