Upcoming Nokia Phones 2014: Midranger Lumia 1320 With 6" Screen And 4" Budget Phone Lumia 525 Announced In India

Just a week has passed and we already see a number of upcoming Nokia phones this 2014, two of which were just announced and bound for the Indian market.

The Lumia 1320 and 525 have recently been launched by the Finnish manufacturer in India.

According to the report by GSM Arena, the Lumia 1320 would be the midrange version of the Lumia 1520 flagship which was launched late last year. The new Windows Phone-powered handset comes with a 6-inch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, a dual-core 1.7GHz CPU, a Snapdragon S4 chipset, and 1GB of RAM.

Other features include the 5-megapixel snapper, 8GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot.

While the Lumia 1320 is a midrange phone, the Lumia 525 is more on the budget phone category. Packed with a 4-inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution, the handset fits perfectly in the hand and greatly resembles the popular Lumia 520 which made waves in the Windows Phone market last year.

Other notable features of the Lumia 525 include a 5MP camera, dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot as well.

In the report, the Nokia Lumia 1320 costs INR 23,999 or about $385, while the Lumia 525 is priced at INR 10,399 or roughly $167. Details of an international release for both devices are not yet available.
