"Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition PC" version is not in the works.

According to a post on IGN, citing a FAQ on Eidos Games forums, "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" will not be arriving to PC. Aside from the confirmation that there will be no Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition PC version, it was also revealed that there will be no new downloadable contents or upgrades to be released after the game arrive in the market.

Game developer, Crystal Dynamics, shared on the game's forums, "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was designed and rebuilt from the ground up for next-generation consoles. At this time a PC update is not planned."

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will launch on January 28, 2014 for Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4. The game will be available in physical form, as well as digital form. It can be downloaded through the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.

According to GameSpot, "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" is priced at $60. Furthermore, as described on the post, it runs in 1080p and it is a "fully rebuilt" version of the original title. The post further reads:

It features an all-new Lara model "created to take advantage of the power of next-gen consoles," as well as TRESS FX technology that promises to deliver "realistic" hair simulation and motion. Every strand of Lara's hair will be "physically active."
