Upcoming Blackberry Phones 2014: Most BB Handsets This Year Would Feature Company's Famous Physical Keyboards

After a disappointing performance in 2014, Blackberry definitely wants to turn things around this year to prove that the company is still relevant in the industry. And current CEO John Chen believes that their success would arrive with the new design it will give its upcoming Blackberry phones, that is to get the world famous physical keyboard.

In a report by GSM Arena, John Chen says that new and upcoming Blackberry phones in 2014 would 'predominantly' have physical keyboards, one of the main factors why it did well in the first place. Moreover, the Canada-based manufacturer seems poised to return to its enterprise and business markets where consumers want a reliable and quality keyboard, or so they say.

We don't really see where Blackberry is heading, and we are afraid the physical keyboard factor is not a reason strong enough to push market sales past the pitiful mark.

But there may still be hope as the company will place Ron Louks, former executive at Sony Ericsson and HTC, to handle the design.

"Ron's a very creative guy. I think he's more in touch with not only the technology and design to make a phone great but how people like the phone."

We sure hope Chen is right.
