One of the awaited 'True Blood' Season 7 spoilers is the actor who will be replacing the character of James. As Luke Grimes exits 'True Blood' in exchange of 'Fifty Shades of Grey', will the creative time be able to find someone who can give justice to his role?

While reports claim that Grimes wants to focus on his character in the film adaptation of E.L. James' erotic novel, an HBO spokesperson confirmed that the actor's leaving of the show had a different reason: "The role of James is being recast due to the creative direction of the character."

According to insiders, Grimes wanted his brooding vampire character to stay with Jessica. However, such is not the concept of the producers which in turn affected Grimes' decision: "He initially joined the show because he wanted to work with Deborah Ann Woll. But when he started reading the scripts for Season 7, he was disappointed to learn that they were going in a completely different direction with James."

Does it mean that Jessica and James will soon part ways?

Another 'True Blood' Season 7 spoilers hint that Lafayette will have a new love interest whereas Bill and Sam will be able to build an alliance. TV Line provides a description of Lafayette's love interest: "Described as a cross between Jim Morrison and James Dean, this brooding and insanely good-looking vamp is a compassionate protector with a poet's edge."

Stephen Moyer, on the other hand, dished some details about his character Bill's upcoming alliance with Sam: "Bill and Sam got together and kind of came up with this idea that each human should have their own vampire protecting them, so that's another theme that we will follow throughout the season.

Will Sam be successful in his mission to keep the good vampires alive?

The last season of 'True Blood' will be airing this coming summer.
