FTISLAND Enter Global Music Market Through Japanese Animation ‘OZMA’ Opening Song

Boy band FTISLAND opening song for the Japanese animation ‘OZMA’ is to be released in English.

FTISLAND’s ‘NEVERLAND’ has been selected for the opening theme song of ‘OZMA’ for the TV station’s WOWOW 20th anniversary that began to air on March 16. ‘HIT THE SANDS’ is the English version of ‘NEVERLAND’ is to meet the worldwide music fans in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, and America.

‘OZMA’ animation that is broadcasted to 50 countries has FTISLAND’s English version has been selected for the opening song of all other countries except Japan. The song is more meaningful as it’s composed by FTISLAND member Choi Jonghoon.

The animation is the latest work of Masumoto Riji, well known for producing SF pieces such as ‘Galaxy Express 999,’ and ‘Space Battleship Yamato.’

FTISLAND proved their popularity in Japan by selling out all the tickets for their exclusive concert at Yokohama Arena in a minute.
